Try before purchasing

A seven-day full-feature trial is provided so customers can test source compatibility and the reporting workflow before purchasing.

Payment administration

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and administers payments, invoices, cancellations, chargebacks, and approved refunds.

Technical problems

If the application cannot operate with a stated supported environment, contact support@categoryinsights.dk with the application version, operating system, selected source, and diagnostic message. A reasonable attempt will be made to resolve the problem.

Yearly plan

The yearly plan can be cancelled to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not normally reverse a completed period, subject to mandatory consumer law and Paddle’s approved refund process.

One-time plan

Requests concerning a one-time purchase will be assessed under applicable consumer law, the trial availability, the product’s stated compatibility, and Paddle’s Merchant of Record policies.
