License and service terms

Activity Category Insights is licensed software provided by Steen Krontoft, Denmark. Contact: support@categoryinsights.dk.

Trial

The complete application may be evaluated for seven days. A paid license is required after the trial expires.

Yearly license

The yearly plan grants one named user the right to use the application on that user’s personal computers while the subscription remains active. Updates and standard support are included during the active subscription.

One-time license

The one-time plan grants one named user a continuing right to use the application version purchased. It does not include future application updates, which may require a separate purchase. Third-party services, APIs, authentication systems, operating systems, and mail providers may independently change or discontinue capabilities.

Acceptable use

The license may not be resold, shared between unrelated users, reverse engineered except where applicable law expressly permits it, or used to access accounts without authorization.

Connected services

The application depends on services operated by Microsoft, Google, mail providers, calendar providers, and operating-system vendors. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed after third-party changes, but reasonable maintenance efforts will be made.

Customer responsibility

The user is responsible for account permissions, source categorization, configuration, backups, and reviewing calculated values before using them for billing, employment, tax, or legal reporting.

Payment

Paddle will act as Merchant of Record and will provide checkout, applicable taxes, invoices, and payment administration. The checkout terms shown by Paddle form part of the purchase.

Liability

The application provides analytical assistance and does not replace professional accounting, legal, employment, or tax advice. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
