Timesheet Narrow-Width Layout

At narrow window widths, some Timesheet workflow cards, reporting-period controls, and activity-selection controls can extend beyond the initially visible workspace. The controls remain available through horizontal scrolling and keyboard navigation.

Affected versions
5.18.0, 5.19.0, 5.20.0

Workaround: Widen or maximize the application window. Horizontal scrolling and Tab navigation can be used to reach controls outside the initially visible area.

Synchronization History: Inconsistent Activity Counts

In version 5.19.0, Synchronization History could show misleading added and removed activity counts when runs used different periods, account or provider scope, activity types, scan limits, or successful-account coverage. Version 5.20.0 shows change counts only for verified comparable datasets and otherwise marks the comparison as unavailable. Synchronization History remains an aggregate run summary and does not provide per-account change attribution.

Resolution

Workaround: Upgrade to version 5.20.0. In version 5.19.0, keeping the same date range and source selection between reads may reduce scope-related differences.

Version 5.20.0

Full release notes

A synchronization-quality release with clearer progress, more accurate history comparisons, and more useful scheduled notifications.

New features

No entries for this release.

Improvements

  • Synchronization progress now distinguishes record processing, provider finalization, local-data updates, completion work, and terminal success.
  • Complete, warning, partial, cached fallback, cancelled, and failed synchronization results are classified consistently across the application.
  • Scheduled notifications are suppressed for verified no-change runs and use privacy-safe aggregate counts when verified changes exist.

Bug fixes

  • A completed processing count is no longer presented as completion of the entire synchronization run.
  • Synchronization History no longer displays added or removed counts when the previous and current datasets are not directly comparable.
  • Provider warnings are reflected in the aggregate synchronization result.

Known limitations

  • The first synchronization after upgrade, snapshot loading, file import, or demo-data loading has no verified comparison baseline and reports change comparison as unavailable.
  • Synchronization History remains aggregate and does not provide per-account change attribution.
  • Intel Macs are not supported.

Released 2026-10-30

Version 5.19.0

Full release notes

A performance, synchronization-resilience, and accessibility release for Windows and Apple Silicon Macs.

New features

  • Consistent empty, partial, cached, canceled, and error states with clear recovery actions.
  • Cross-platform keyboard, modal-focus, Narrator, and VoiceOver accessibility improvements.

Improvements

  • Faster workspace changes by separating activity-data persistence from filter persistence.
  • More efficient Storage, Timesheet, and sortable-table rendering.
  • Clearer account-scoped synchronization progress across supported providers.

Bug fixes

  • Synchronization cancellation now preserves previously committed data and rejects stale results.
  • Modal dialogs contain keyboard focus and restore it predictably after closing.

Known limitations

  • Windows close-to-tray, Phase D reporting work, and Gmail optimization are not included in this release.
  • Intel Macs are not supported.
